I take a 450mg dose of Lithium once a day. How long I need to be without taking the lithium to be able to use a 1g of mushrooms. Remembering that the amount of lithium I have in my blood is low (0.32). I know many people will recommend not to do this ''mix'', but I want to remember that I'm dropping my medications because I'm fine, I'll talk to my doctor about it Tuesday, just want to get ahead and know better about it.

Wait til it clears out of your system i would wait two weeks from a last dose to be extra safe.
