My pills don't look like the pictures on drugs.com. or match the size stated either. Mine are 6mm. Drugs.com says 8mm is what it should be. Also the P in lupin is missing the raised part. Need confirm.

Errors in pill stamps do sometimes occur in manufacturing. Pill ID sites may be outdated.

If you got it from a pharmacy I wouldn't worry about it. If you got this off the street, I would highly advise not buying drugs for heart issues outside of a pharmacy.

If you are truly concerned you should call your pharmacy or insurance company.

Ultimately, we can't ID pills here.
