Trying to get a few opinions on this. I take 45mg mirtazipine and 20 mg Lexapro for depression at bedtime. I recently came into 60mg vyvanse for recreational purposes. I'm aware of serotonin syndrome so I'm curious if I'm safe just taking the 60 mg just this one time. I have alot of experience with stims but not mixing with these two. Help please?

Considering you are on two anti-depressants, as a pharmacology student, I would have to advise against this combo, but if you going to do it start with half of the vyvanse and see how it affects you. anti-depressant and stimulant combo are prescribed quite often, but since you are on two moderately high doses, it might cause some sort of adverse reaction, nothing too major, but to answer your question - no, you will not get serotonin syndrome.
