Legality of Research Chems? In particular 5EAPB

I have heard rumour 5-Eapb has recently been banned in the UK. However finding any concrete information is proving challenging.

This is often the case for research chemicals and I was wondering if anyone had any means of finding out with certainty whether a particular substance has been banned?

Is there a list somewhere? I am sure any changes in law must be documented in a public domain of some kind. Anyone know of such a place?

I have searched through Bluelight but not managed to find any ongoing thread dedicated to legality.
