Large dose of stimulants causing sensation of ether or acetone in throat?

After taking Adderall and caffeine I feel like I can sense organic solvents in my throat. Like the not the taste but like the sensation of air coming in feeling lighter like I'm vaping. Could this be from a massive increase in broncodialation. Like it feels like the pressure of it coming in is higher
