Kratom Withdrawal - Restless legs - Sleep Myoclonic jerks

I stopped Kratom for 40 days and used once (5 grams) and my myoclonic jerks - Restless legs came back. Does this mean whenever I use it, I will have withdrawal symptoms? So annoying as I would like to take it once in a awhile. Happen to anyone else?

If thats how your body is reacting to it, than yes, thats what is going to happen. It might have been a coincidence, but it most likely wasnt. If you try it again, and it happens again, i would say that your body is trying to tell you something, and that you should listen to it and just leave the kratom alone (I know thats easier said than done though).

You could also take something to combat it such as:
Magnesium or potassium supplements
Gabapentin/Pregabalin
Tonic water with lemon juice
