Yes, we already noted that mitragynine is extensively metabolized by the liver, as usual, by more than one enzyme. But Truvada, as has also been said, is unlikely to be metabolized by cytrochrome oxygenases in your liver. No real reason to think there would be a serious interaction, nothing to say it's safe either.

Considering you got the word from a pharmacologist, you should be all set.
 
Sorry for multipost, on phone and didnt want to try editing. I care about kidney interactions bit at this point it looks ok so i am going to try a small mix between the two and see if any adverse effects happen
