Harm Reduction Kratom and dipyrone

My great-grandmother (94yo) is having acute pain. She just took 1g of dipyrone and im thinking of offering her some kratom - around 2gs. Is this interaction safe? If i dont give her tonight, ill dose her tomorrow morning if she agrees. But I need to know if this interaction is safe, cuz she is having a hard time just living life in general and that makes me very sad.
 
Don't quote me on this, but I don't see any reason for worry about interactions, after a quick wiki of dipyrone. It appears to be related to diclofenac. It is not an opioid, and I see not reason to worry about any interactions with kratom. Though I would wait for a second opinion.
