known interactions between alpha blockers and mushrooms?

SWIM has recently been diagnosed with prostatitis and has been put on levaquin (Levofloxacin) and an alpha blocker rapaflo (Silodosin) to help SWIM pee easier. SWIM is wanting to trip mushrooms, and has numerous times in thr past, but is worried about the alpha blocker. SWIM is not concerned about the antibiotic but cannot find out whether silodosin and psilocybin have any interactions. SWIM has read on the Internet that mushrooms normally raise blood pressure, so would that be an okay interaction considering alpha blockers lower blood pressure? This isn't a question SWIM wants to ask his doctor.

I'm not entirely sure what would happen if you were to combine them. Though psychedelics tend to increase adrenergic activity and would therefore change activity on alpha and beta adrenoceptors. I'd guess the combination would be safe but there is a big chance the alpha blocker will block some of the mushroom effects...
