Well according to recent study it turned out K therapy works out even if there's no K in K.
Main problem is that many people rush to "cure" depression while they at the same time know the cause of feeling low and do nothing in that direction. That's why every now and than there's a new revolutionary therapy yet we probably wont be seeing epic decrease in depression any-time soon.
That said K definitely works for depression but mostly limiting it for those prone to suicide and other extreme cases makes side-effects appear unimportant compared to saving lives, and earning.
