I want to try ketamine for my depression but can't afford the iv therapy. Does anyone have experience with this? How much to take, how often etc. I'm so close to giving up. I've been depressed for over 20 years now the last 6 I've spent in bed ( literally) watching my husband and children do things I can only hope to do again. Please help.

Yeah unfortunately we can't help you use drugs in that way.

I thought that there are clinical trials on ketamine that are essentially free.

There's lots of information on the web, more recently, a lot about ketamine.

Wow, six years? Really? You tried antidepressants and therapy and self-help activities, and still can't get out of bed?

Leaving this open for the time being, but I'll have to close it if it goes on about helping you use drugs that aren't prescribed in the manner they're not designed to be used.

Thank you for keeping it open. I've tried it all. Even ECT and having my almalgam fillings replaced. Ketamine is used for depression. The trials are finished and there are clinics set up to administer it but the cost is very high and my insurance doesn't cover it yet.
