ketamine for depression is widely available, what are the reports??

guys do you know of anything else out there that works if not the same but similar way to ketamine on NMDA receptors? one that comes to mind is dextrometorphan. i remember it helped me with depression before but i didnt take it too often because it causes brain degeneration of some type over time. any opinions on it though?
