If used in doses for anesthesia, ketamine increases the intraocular eye pressure. In the leaflet for the medical vials its noted that use should be avoided for persons with high intraocular eye pressure (glaucoma).

Whats about recreational doses - is it dangerous to take for a person with - sometimes - high intraocular eye pressure?

Do some chronic users have first hand accounts about impaired vision?

I'm not sure about pressure, but I know hole level doses of K have left me waking up pretty teary eyed in the past.
