keeping liquid clonazolam (pg liquid solution) in an old kava kava jar

my jar that contained my clonazolam in pg solution was busted so i found an old kava kava tincture jar that has dark sun protection and all that good stuff. you know the tincture bottle with the dropper you get from health food stores such as whole foods. i thought it was a good idea, but i am noticing that the amount of liquid is reducing and i am seeing small yellow chunks form. is the pg evaporating and the clon is staying or is something else going on?

any help is appreciated because i really do not want to waste this.
