Does anyone else who drinks kava kava tea before bed also have very strange dreams? I've started drinking kava tea a few months ago, 4-5 nights a week and since I've had some of the most intense dreams of my life. So what lactones cause the weird dreams? Any stories?
The reason I ask is I haven't had dreams this intense since prozac. I took prozac and other anti-depressants for a number of yrs and those gave me some wild dreams. The dreams kava gives me are much more intense then that even, sometimes nightmarish.
