Kanna (Sceletium Tortuosum) dosage?

I've never used Kanna before, I just ordered some Kanna powder. The powder is not an extract, just regular strength powder. I was wondering how much i should do? I am planning on snorting it. I've heard a good dosage is 100mg-200mg starting out, but is this the right dosage for regular powder, or is that the dosage for extracts? Any advice would be appreciated!
