Hey,

I have researched this but can't find anything... What does K+ regarding to NMDA receptors?. K+ fires upward through the receptor... Thanks.

When NMDA receptors are activated there can be potassium ion flux out of the cell. That's the most direct relationship between NMDA and K+, but as an indirect example, NMDA receptor blockade leads to release of neurotransmitters that activate G protein coupled inwardly rectifying potassium channels (GIRKs).
