IV Fentanyl dose (pharma grade)

I have 75mcg of pharma grade fentanyl, would it be safe to shoot all of that in one setting? I have a light to average tolerance. I have never used fent before and was just making sure. This 75mcg is NOT from a patch. Its just regular IV solution.Thank you,Chris

for strong opiates? or a light-to-average tolerance for weaker opiates? I mean, death is always on the table injecting fent, but even if you avoid that, if you're not quite tolerant, you're going to get sick.
