Is this marijuana?

Not to sound stupid or desperate, I'm just curious as to whether this is marijuana or not. I personally do not believe so.
Basically, there was a grow op a few years ago and this was a common location for these guys to smoke. It's beside the creek, which would lead right to the grow op. I don't know if they still smoke here though.

It has a fairly similar look but it does look much different in many ways.

It looks like a water leaf but I couldn't give you a definite answer from this photo sorry.

I think it might be poison sumac

Doesn't look like poison sumac for sure lol. Also doesn't seem to look like water leaf. I have another picture showing the stem which DEFINITELY doesn't look like marijuana.
As you can see, it has a red stem until it turns white.

Nope that isn't pot, the stem would be a greener color unless it was a very old plant or a purple variety, best way to test it stick your nose right by it and smell it.. If it is pot you will know een if it is that young it will have some kind of odor.
