Is this dark blue morning glory psychoactive?

The person selling them describes them as a really dark blue that is so dark it's almost purple. I know heavenly blues are supposed to be a sky blue so I'm wondering what type of morning glories these are and more importantly if they would be psychoactive. Thanks.

Unfortunately we do not allow ID threads here, because of the dubious nature of trying to identify online by picture. Your best bet is to ask the seller what species/variety they are. If the person knows, then you can look it up, and if they don't, you shouldn't buy from them.
