Misc Is this a safe combo?

I'm on 9600 mg gabapentin, 350 mg dxm, and 200 mg seroquel xr (regular dose). I have a tolerance to all 3 but i'm feeling beyond an alcohol level high. Is this safe or should I take caution ?
 
Caution. Those are some high doses of substances all with sedating and medicine-head side effects. Gabapentin is the safest of those but that's quite a lot.
