Just in general, but in my case it's specifically Bisoprolol with codeine and/or morphine.
I have the Bisoprolol but am wondering if it will help or hinder the opiates?

Ask a doc @ walk-in clinic or pharmacist

Beta blockers act like a mild sedative and reduces inner tension, anxiolytic properties

Would enhance the sedative properties of the opioid. At low safe therapeutic doses for most people would be fine, and many doctors probably prescribe these meds together

Any pharmacist would give you all the info you need. Don’t even need to go in, just call and ask to speak with pharmacist and tell them everything.
