is smoking heroin purifing?

Is it true that by smoking heroin (type 3 brown) you will somehow avoid (some of) the dangerous stuff the dealers have cut the heroin with? Like, heroin will become smoke and get in your lungs while the other stuff will just burn and stay on the foil.

I doubt it, if they cut it with stuff that couldn't be smoked no one would buy it. If you can smoke it then it's going straight to your lungs.

Edit: sorry didn't read it right first time, but if something is burnt on their foil then you'd inhale whilst burning.
