Ip204 10mg real or fake

Hey guys so I just got my hands on a few ip204 been using them for the last week or so ... the pills are really hard.. look legit.. imprint is good not chalky ..like I said there hard and sturdy .. noticed when i chewed them I got a slight mouth numbing effect. Like my tongue goes slightly numb .. now for the feeling.. i dont really feel anything .. i chalked it up to my tolerance being a little high but when I take them sometimes I get a slight buzz so slight i,dont even notice it and very short lived.. can anyone with the real ip204 help me compare?
