i was raised by zealot catholic parents. I was raised to be ashamed of sexual thoughts and that masturbation is a sin that will send you to hell. I am sorry to hear that.
I have also been told a few bad phrases regarding guilt due to sexual thoughts, imagine masturbation,
it was hell. "My son will go to hell!" .. so I can relate to this very much.
