Umm it should be pretty apparent right away. Maybe check your heart rate and look up when it is getting dangerous. If you can find some benzos that would be great as that is what they would give you in the hospital. Keep hydrated and don't do anything strenuous to raise your heart rate any more. If you are really worried than go to the hospital.
