Is there a way to increase the effects of dexmethylphenidate (foclian) ? I have heard of taking antacids like tums to make it last longer is that true but how can I make it stronger orally and sorting it is there a way to make it stronger Mabey a Vitaman or something thank you for your answers I really appreciate it I'm new to the site

Be careful and understand that you are not going to become a chemist in a few hours for the sole purpose of self gratification.
