Inbox Full, how can I advise someone?

So I tried to PM someone that could help me out with harm reduction as there isn't much information on my area on this forum and I'm trying to make sure I don't lose an arm, so how do I advise them that their inbox is full so I can PM them?

Until they delete some messages, it won't be possible to contact them. One thing you can try is to find a sub-forum on Bluelight that they frequent, and let them know publicly that they need to delete some PMs so you can send them one.
