Illinois becomes 11th State to legalize recreational cannabis

The Governor of Illinois signed a new law into effect yesterday making it legal to possess up to 30 grams of Cannabis legally for recreational purposes. It goes into effect Jan 1 2020, and expunges the records of those who had been convicted for under 30 grams in the past.
