I ony realised the other day that opiates are useless if your not laying down on your back

Ive been doing this little thing of mine for over 4 years and all that restlessness anxiety and feeling like im gonna throw up was infact mr darks candy chateu what do opiate heads do if their high but they need to walk somewhere or something and cant sit down and calibrate

If im in a morphine nod and need to piss i get fucking irritated i try to navigate eyes closed to the bathroom, no light aim as best as i can, flush and blind man walk back to bed LEL anyone else do this?
