Pill ID is allowed in the pillreports section, though I believe the pillreports discussion section, not in the pill testing Q&A one. Also allowed in the regional forums in the pill ID threads. But as Transform said, we can't do anything without a reagent result. Except perhaps link to a report if one exists. Those pills look dirty as fuck by the way. You really need to get a testkit, I wouldn't take those pills without testing with a full range of reagents. Sight doesn't mean anything but in my experience when pills look really dirty, they usually are

Yeah, ID's are tolerated in this section.

This is not a stamp that I have seen, I have heard mentioned or seen reported on PR.

In my honest opinion - this is some dirty looking pill (same view as above), is this some fuck up from a presser copying the + / - (magnet ) pill.

Test it.
