Is this IV diazepam or are you trying to crush and inyect a pill?

If it's a pill and you don't have the proper medium to mix + IV it in, you should know that the water solubility of Diazepam is 0.05 mg/mL.

get the injectable vials or risk problems due to the filler content of pills including blocked veins and the like. Don't forget insoluble binders and fillers. They don't break down and go away.

Diazepam in pill form can not easily be injected due to the extremely low solubility of the compound. You need something like 100 ml to get 5 mg of diazepam into solution, so it's not feasible. For the same reason, snorting Diazepam also doesn't work until it drips down your throat and is absorbed by your stomach.

Injectable forms of Diazepam are usually prepared with 40% propylene glycol and 10% alcohol. Obviously, I'm going to advise you against this.
