I might have shot up a tiny piece of skin or blood clot

I was shooting up with a rather dull needle and had to dig around a bit. When I switched veins I noticed a tiny piece of skin or blood clot. I tried to maneuver it to be back by the plunger but I think I shot it up. Is this dangerous?

Ive been doing some reading and I don't think I was a clot. Could it have been muscle? And is that dangerous?
