Hypoxia acidemia released opiod antagonist

I've always thought about the idea of using a pulse oximiter and an insulin pump full of naloxone for similar idea.

Problem would be finding the sweet spot to administer the naloxone at.

What is the time course that acidemia occurs in comparison to organ damage? What pH is reached? One would probably have to worry about the drug getting activated in lysosomes if it can cross cell membranes, and if not one would have to worry about it getting past the bbb. No use to send the body (pns mu receptors) into withdrawal and still die of respiratory depression.

Maybe an agonist that degrades at low pH would be a simpler target.
