Opioids Hydromorphone and antidepressants????

I have never had issues with anxiety, heart palpatations, sleep, etc... I noticed when I raised my dosage of Zoloft, I started having these issues when taking Hydromorohone. Does anybody know if the combination of the two can cause any adverse effects, or it is just a coincidence.?Any help on the subject, would be greatly appreciated.

doesn’t sound absurd. the increasing your dose of zoloft alone can result in those symptoms. even though hydro is a downer, opiates are weird, activating downers that can cause agitation.
