Harm Reduction Hydrocodone CWE

Can someone give me an easy CWE method for hydrocodone 5mg/acetaminophen 325mg. I'm only going to be taking 15 to 20 mg and don't want to lose too much. I take very infrequently so is CWE even necessary for the amount im taking?
 
I wouldn’t want to take a gram of acetaminophen unless I were in pain…but a CWE is exactly what the name suggest, crush the pills, put the powder in cold water, the good shit will dissolve in the water and the bad shit will sit on the bottom of the cup, then decant/filter off your liquid and drink
