If you did have a bad experience taking however much, you won't literally break your brain. It'll just feel like you did, for a long time. But you'll get over it. That's why people have sitters around, just to have someone they can trust who knows what they did, who they can go up to if something gets too weird.
Sitter doesn't have to actually sit there with you, watching. That would be bad. Give him your BoxStationX NintendoStream shit to go nuts for a long time, while you wander in the vicinity.
Best part: if you're cruising good in a solid trip, a sitter can change the music with only your vague hand gestures to go on (at cruise altitude, seasoned travelers can usually adjust their own music, but it might take a long time).
