How to use Delta 10 syringe?

I bought a 2 mL glass syringe of Delta 10 a while back. I'm not a huge user of THC and I've never bought it in this form before. Actually kinda forgot I had it until tonight.

Maybe I misunderstood the guy that sold it to me, but I thought he said something about heating it up and pushing drops of it under the tongue. But I'm looking at it now and wondering if I misunderstood the guy. Is that a thing? Dispensing it into the mouth? I did a little research and I think this may be designed for vaping or dabbing. Can't find anything about eating it.

If it's in a syringe its most likely distillate. It should be decarbed which means you can just put it under your tongue and/or eat it without having to cook it.

I have found no difference between sublingual or oral for this class of compounds,
on the tongue and followed with hot tea could be more enjoyable.
