How to lower amphetamine tolerance?

i used to abuse my adderall a bit a few weeks back, but i've managed to stop redosing myself and getting back on track with my normal dose. i was at 20mg adderall xr for a while, but i got my medicine changed to 30mg vyvanse with 5mg lexapro and i'm just wondering how i can bring my tolerance down to how it was when i first took it. since i was abusing it for a while, my tolerance is pretty high, but i want to bring it back down so i'm more focused and so my tolerance doesn't build so quickly.
any tips or habitual recommendations? i read that magnesium was helpful, or helped in producing more serotonin in the brain? what are your recommendations?
thanks!

Only sure way I know is to refrain from it if possible and when you do get back to it start little and don't increase. your doses in such high increments

the only way i know of to get your tolerance back down is to stop or reduce your use

NDRA (amphetamines) lower tolerance to NDRI (eg. methylphenidate) and vice versa.
You try cycling them. A few months on NDRA and few on NDRI.

nAchRs lower tolerance to almost all drugs so that might be good idea.
