Opioids How to get my patch to work better

Just started the patch a month ago. I was on 165 mme a day. 60mgxr morphine + 15 IR morphine a day. Now I'm on 25 mcg of fentanyl +120 IR of morphine. I'M STILL MISERABLE!!!!! How can I make the patch work better? WORK FASTER!!
 
Why do you need the patch?

Could you just take some extra strength advil on top of the patch for now? You should tell your doctor that you’re still in a lot of pain.
 
Medical patches aren't exactly designed to work fast. That's what your instant release pills are for. But it sounds like opioids aren't doing you any good at all if you're that miserable still. Have you ever gotten much relief with them? They work for a lot of people, but definitely not all.
