This study
showed cold water Extractions still containing 60 percent of original paracetamol. And from past experience I imagine some of the opioid is lost too.
Are there other studies showing better outcomes , and is this a matter of technique ? I'd love to use all this otc Tylenol with codeine pills I have but they only have 8 mg codeine to 300 mg acetaminophen and so it will be hard to get a solid dose without a good CWE, without damaging my liver ...
Maybe doing a CWE twice and using small amounts of water would be key to making this work ?
