There isn't recreational value to loperamide so none.

Higher than usual doses of loperamide are only useful for those in opiate WD...pursuing some type of buzz from them will be fruitless not to mention dangerous, high dose loperamide has been linked to long QT syndrome.

Loperamide is only good for some of the symptoms of opiate withdrawal and diarrhea. 12mg would probably just cause you to become constipated.
