how many hours after taking hydromorphone can i take 5mg-15mg valium?

took my last dose of dilaudid at 7am (around 2mg) and it’s now 5:42pm where i’m at. is it safe to take some valium 5mg - 10mg and then another 5mg before bed? i apologize for all the questings lately, struggling to kick hydromorphone completely but i’m giving it another go.

Ya dilaudid only lasts like 4 hours anyway as long as its not slow release so youl be fine

not it’s just a regular 8mg that i took a quarter of but was just concerned because of half life or whatever
