Stimulants how long to wait before taking speed after taking (diaz xnx tram) to avoid numbing.

Hi, took 20mg Diazepam 11h40m ago, 3mg alprazolam 9h50m ago and 400mg tramadol 15-18 hours ago.
The tramadol was a once off. Don't wish to mix any of these.. I am talking about amphetamine sulphate.

Since I've low benzo tolerance I want to be sure I've waited long enough... mostly worried about the diaz taking the fun out of it still since it has such a long half-life.
