How long/much after oral dosing should i boost it?

I have zero tolerance and if i had tan mdma powder at around 80% purity and would dose 100mg oral how long after dosing that should i wait to redose to make the roll last? Also how much should it be and snort or oral dose?

50mg anywhere from + 1hour - 2 hour 30 from your original dose. That's my recommendation.

how about no boosting,dont get me wrong,back ina day,i redosed like once or twice,but i was stupid yolo kid back then,harvest fruits of my intellect,trust me,dont redose... its real bad for dem neuronz

A small redose taken a few hours in is not 'real bad for dem neuronz'. I haven't really noticed anything worse on the comedown, it just prolongs the overall experience.
