How long does OD take to start if it's occurring ?

Basically what the title says. How long into taking a dosage of pills, does overdose usually occur? I took 90 mg @ 930 Am. Then another 90mg @ 4 pm. I feel tired , the eyes are nodding of course, face feels hot. Scaring myself like I always do. Thanks and I'm sorry if this is in an appropriate spot. Appreciate it!!!
 
variable on anyone, not to scare you - but if you suspect it, call an ambulance now
 
The only advice I can give you is slow down on this stuff. If you feel that you may be in danger of overdose, please seek medical attention. You've made numerous threads on this subject so I'm closing this.
