Heroin how long does heroin stay in urine if clean for a month?

i was wondering how long heroin stays in your urine after you've been clean for a month? i know its 1-4 days or longer if you use multiple times a day. but say i just do one shot consisting of 1 or 2 bags on friday night, could i piss clean for it on monday morning?

also what about fentanyl? ive read its out quicker than heroin then ive read it takes longer
