Misc How is this possible?

I took 9 250 mg capsules of phenibut, waited an hour and felt nothing. I wasn't drinking any caffeine prior to taking it.
Why the hell didn't I feel anything?

Some people don't get much from phenibut. Are you sure of the quality of your phenibut though?
