How easy is it to buy rolling papers and a grinder under-age?

I'm 14, like the rest of my friends who get served at a certain shop in a shady-like area without any problems. Say if I tried to buy some papers and a grinder from this store and it goes wrong, how likely is it they will call the cops? and if they do is it a massive problem?
