How does synthetic thyroid hormone effect brain function? Transmitters etc?

Acts as a PAM for catecholamines like noradrenaline.

Something in rat models effecting serotonin.

Apparently taking melatonin can reduced natural thyroid synthesis.

Anything else?

Thyroid hormone indirectly increases oxytocin and serotonin?

I missed the part wher estradiol comes into the mix?

As an experiment I dosed 25 mcg an hour ago.

1st - stimulation, and then of course stim anxiety.

2nd - intolerance.

I'm putting all this through the lens of my cognitive deduction thus nervous system function transformation (as per blog - don't feel obliged to click or read the walls of text therein, I write it for my own clarity).

But suffice to say since its implementation, I basically have an intolerance to anything which crosses the BBB.

i.e. anything which interferes with neural function (as cognition is mediated through neural circuits thus that "conflict of cognitive application interest" with drug affect = intolerance).

.....

Well, now I know thyroid hormone is no difference.

....

The only chemical I can still take is melanotan 2 (tanning peptide), and it MUST be dosed via nasal spray to avoid the subQ side effects which are more psychoactive than nasal.
